We may also share provided data with subcontracted service providers which we retain to produce services on our behalf, such as third party content and service providers which facilitate event registrations, displaying our media content and sharing of Sorasec information in social media. Sorasec collects data of the visits to our website by using cookies. They are identifiers that are transferred to visitor’s computer’s hard drive through their web browser for enabling our systems to recognize their browser. By browsing the website, you accept the use of cookies and the storage of data. Sorasec may also collect data that the browser sends us, such as visitor’s IP address, browser type, location, language, access time and referring web site addresses. The data may be used to analyze trends, to administer our website, to track visitor’s movements therein and for the gathering of demographic data about the visitor base as a whole. Sorasec uses Piwik PRO Analytics Suite as website analytics software. We collect data about website visitors based on cookies. The collected information may include a visitor’s IP address, operating system, browser ID, browsing activity and other information. See the scope of data collected by Piwik PRO. We calculate metrics like bounce rate, page views, sessions and the like to understand how our website is used. We may also create visitors’ profiles based on browsing history to analyze visitor behavior, show personalized content and run online campaigns. The solution is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Germany/Netherlands/United States/Singapore/ElastX in Sweden, and the data is stored for 14/25 months. The purpose of data processing: analytics and conversion tracking based on consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. Piwik PRO does not send the data about you to any other sub-processors or third parties and does not use it for its own purposes. Sorasec uses HubSpot platform, which uses third-party cookies, for digital communication on its website to cover different aspects of online marketing such as contacting us using the contact form, subscription to the newsletter and sending the newsletter, and evaluating the usage of our web pages (e.g. access, pages visited, dwelling time, etc.) as well as for evaluating the usage of our newsletter (opening rate, click rate, unsubscribe, etc.). When visiting our website, a unique cookie is stored in the browser. In addition, if a user discloses their personal information to Sorasec, the HubSpot cookie will be combined with the personal information provided and the information will be stored in Sorasec’s marketing register. All information collected by us is subject to this data privacy policy. Logs

Social plugins

Our services include so-called social plug-ins, currently LinkedIn. Social plug-ins are integrated into our services, but their functionality and content come from a third party. Some social plug-ins may also allow third parties to collect information about your use of the Services if the user is logged in to that service. If the user is logged out or if the user does not have a user account for that service, the user’s browser / device will send more limited information.
